Here are the pictures of “Awakening: Image & Word” at the Tivoli Artists Gallery in Tivoli, NY. The show is up for the month of March. I recommend checking it out if you have the chance. My work integrates words right into the paintings. I’m working with watercolor on old book pages.

I’m kicking off the new year by participating in a show called “Playing With a Full Deck” at the Greene County Council on the Arts in Catskill, NY. The show will run from January 18th and culminate in an auction of artwork on March 1st. It’s a pretty cool show where 52 Artists collaborated in the creation of a one of a kind, limited edition, deck of playing cards. I CREATED THE 3 Of SPADES! The back was designed by Kiki Smith. The artwork from my card will be on display in the gallery for the duration of the show so I hope you get a chance to stop by the gallery and take a look. It’s unlike any work you’ve seen from me before and I’d love to hear your reactions so feel free to drop me a note. I’ll post pictures from the show after it opens.
